Digital ordering launched last May - 5/4 at 3:21pm, a countdown led by Chief Vibe Officer Jeff Sinelli in leading the brand’s digital evolution. Since launch, the Which Wich team has focused on new opportunities to grow brand reach by bring wiches directly to fans.
Which Wich made the switch to Olo after outgrowing an existing online ordering program. The team was looking for a dynamic mobile experience, better digital management tools, and performance insights for both corporate and store teams.
Since making the switch to Olo, Which Wich has streamlined digital ordering across desktop, mobile app, and mobile web interfaces where guests can configure over 50 sandwiches to their liking. Digital sales continue to grow as Which Wich builds the off-premise sales mix. Dispatch delivery tickets add an average of $10 more per order to the restaurant while boosting incremental sales to the afternoon daypart - all while maintaining a consistent brand experience across locations.
