Insurance Coverage (Last updated: October 19, 2023)

1. Commercial General Liability on an occurrence basis, with a limit of $1,000,000 per Occurrence/$2,000,000 Aggregate for bodily injury and property damage liability.
2. Workers’ Compensation as provided for under any workers’ compensation or similar law in the jurisdiction where work is performed. Employer’s Liability with a limit of $1,000,000 Each Accident; $1,000,000 Disease-EA Employee; $1,000,000 Disease-Policy Limit
3. Umbrella Liability with a limit of $10,000,000 in excess of Liability insurance.
