Notice of Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing

California provides residents (or their authorized representatives) with the right to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” their personal information. 

Olo uses and shares your personal information with others to show you targeted ads on other sites and to perform analytics. Others may use this information for their own marketing and business purposes. Olo may also share your personal information with others for them to offer you their products or services. While Olo does not share personal information for money, it may be considered to be “selling” or “sharing” personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act.  

You can choose to opt out of online sharing by:

  1. Clicking Cookies Preferences and then clicking “Reject all Optional Cookies” at the bottom of the screen.  Please note that your preferences are tied to your current browser or device. If you clear or disable cookies on this browser or use another browser or device, you may need to opt out again. 
  2. Enabling, where available, an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Olo will process the GPC signal as a request to opt out.
