Jo Lambert is Olo's Chief Operating Officer. Jo has served in this role since July 2023, where she leads the product and engineering organizations, driving the business strategy and vision of Olo’s three product suites: Order, Pay, and Engage. She brings more than 25 years of experience scaling businesses globally across financial services, media, and technology known for being a transformational leader with a proven track record operating and accelerating revenue.
