A new scannable QR code in the Serve for brands with Olo Loyalty lets logged-in guests instantly scan to earn and redeem rewards in-store, making the experience faster, more secure, and less error-prone than saying or entering a phone number. Guests who aren’t identified or logged in will now see a new SMS opt-in checkbox in the Serve checkout flow. Remove the login barrier between guests and their next order

Serve now supports Sign In With Apple, giving guests a fast, familiar way to access their saved ordering and payment information.  This easier experience for guests can increase sign-ins, allowing you to learn more about who they are and how they order.

Brand-funded discounts from Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, and Skip the Dishes now pass through to the POS, closing a long-standing reconciliation gap for brands whose accounting relies on POS data.

Delivery Fee Adjustments

Operators using Catering+ can now adjust delivery fees on a per-order basis in Switchboard, applying surcharges for large catering orders or discounts for guest recovery.

Order Completed Events for On-Premise Orders

Brands using Olo Engage and Olo Pay Card-Present can now trigger marketing campaigns and automations based on in-store order activity, just like they do for online orders.

Olo Loyalty Member Portal Enhancements
